Commodus SIL is home to two wonderful residents who share a love for gaming and music, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. We are looking for a third male tenant, aged between 25 and 50, to join this fun and dynamic household. Prydes Support is currently setting up a dedicated TV and gaming console for tenants to enjoy, adding to the exciting entertainment options within the home.

The home is conveniently located close to local shops, public transport options, and multiple outdoor parks, making everyday errands, travel, and outdoor activities easy and accessible. The residence is part of a quiet estate, offering a peaceful setting ideal for relaxation and privacy after a day of gaming and music.

Each tenant enjoys secure internet access, and the home’s common areas are fully furnished, featuring a large 4K TV and air conditioning in the main living areas for added comfort. All utilities – power, gas, and internet – are included in the rent, simplifying budgeting and allowing you to focus on your personal growth and well-being.*
